We understand that life happens and sometimes running late is unavoidable. However, late arrivals can have a flow-on effect on our team and other clients’ appointments. They can also reduce the time we have available to deliver the high standard of service and beautiful results that are at the heart of Mahalia for Hair.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, we may need to reschedule your booking, and our No-Show Policy may apply.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep our salon running smoothly while ensuring every client receives the care and attention they deserve.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

To give us ample time to try and fill any cancelled bookings, we ask for a $50 deposit upon appointment booking and charge a 50% cancellation for cancellations with less than 24 hours.
With more than 48 hours notice, deposits are credited to your account and can be reused for rebookings or products. Cancellations within 24 hours or ‘no-shows’ will be charged the full appointment service price.

You will receive an SMS reminder 48 hours before you appointment time with an opportunity to confirm or reschedule.
You will also be able to move and make changes to your booking through your booking email.
We do not except after hours texts or calls to the land line as we you can cancel and reschedule through your timely account.
